Podcasting not so simple

I first tried the ipod/itunes website and could not get past their store. It would not allow me to look up anything without paying a dollar for each item I looked at. I thought podcasts were supposed to be free? Anyway, I did find on Podcast Pickle a wonderful quilting podcast, covering a variety of subjects - more recently quilters in Utah, of which I've added to my bloglines: http://www.bloglines.com/myblogs called Annie Smith: Quilting Stash. Give a listen if you wish. It is quite interesting listening to what other quilters are doing around the country. I was actually looking for Jennifer Chiaverini's podcasts from the Elm Creek Quilting book series. Not available through any of the podcast search engins listed in the lesson. I will probably have to go directly to her website for the link.
